6. Refund Policy
6.1 Digital Services & Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
However, by purchasing a service from AuthorWing, you acknowledge and agree that:
You request that the service begins immediately after purchase, and you therefore waive your right of withdrawal once work has started, in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
This consent is obtained at checkout.

Publishing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- AuthorWing’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under EU law.

In such cases, unused portions of the service may be refunded at our discretion.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, together with applicable European Union consumer protection regulations.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
12. Account Access & Permissions
