Payment Information
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store or process your payment card details directly. Stripe may collect and process payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

We collect and use personal information only for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Processing certification applications and payments
- Conducting manual reviews of submitted books
- Communicating with authors about their submission and review outcome
- Creating a public listing for approved books (with author consent)
- Maintaining internal records related to certification decisions
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
3. Public Listings (Approved Books Only)
If your book is approved for Human-Approved Certification™, we may publish a public listing on the AuthorWing website. This listing may include:
- Book title
- Author name
- Book cover image
- Certification status
- Optional links to purchase or learn more about the book
No unpublished manuscripts or private submission materials are made public.
4. Data Storage & Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, including:
- Limiting access to submission data
- Using secure hosting and services
- Handling manuscripts and materials confidentially
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
5. Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party services to operate our website and services, including:
- Stripe – payment processing
- Website hosting and infrastructure providers
- Email services for communication
These providers process data only as necessary to perform their services and are subject to their own privacy obligations.
